    3. How does my child typically respond when screen time ends, and what does that response tell me about their current relationship with technology?

    4. Have I had recent conversations with my child about online kindness and respectful behavior? What values do I want them to carry into the digital world?

    5. What warning signs of cyberbullying or online peer pressure should I watch for, and how can I create a safe space for my child to talk about them?

    6. What is my child’s understanding of digital safety (e.g., sharing personal info, talking to strangers, sending photos)? Have we discussed scenarios together?

    7. How can I help my child balance online time with offline activities that build creativity, connection, and confidence?

    8. What boundaries or agreements could we co-create as a family to support responsible and healthy technology use—for both kids and adults?
